Graduated in 74. Went to Sheridan College for awhile before moving to SFO, CA in 76. Lived/worked around the Bay Area until '92, then moved to Northern Virginia. Last 10 years have worked at VISA (you know the card that's everywhere you want to be). I spend alot of time on the road - unfortunately I don't make it up to Mississauga any longer -- last time there was about '91, I hardly recognized the place! Hey class 5E - remember the Great Balloon Race to raise money for the mentally handicapped -- I seem to remember that's how we got our baby pics in the yearbook. Heard about this through a friend and couldn't resist visiting. In a nut shell, I went to the great University of Western Ontario and graduated with a B.Sc. in Honors Molecular Genetics and now am working with a U.S. based bio-tech company developing anti-cancer drugs. I feel so stupid for not figuring out that there might be a site for my alma mater. I'm glad someone told me about it. I graduated in 1989, got my B.A. in English at McGill and my M.A. in Creative Writing at the University of New Brunswick. Currently living in Fredericton and working as a Program Director for the campus radio station here, but hoping to move to Montreal very soon. Greetings ERINDALE!! Glad to see that you've got a web site, and a nice one at that. I just happened to swing by and noticed this guest book. It's a shame that there aren't very many people from my era (not to insult the "older" generation). I just wanted to say that I miss the place and all the Mississauga had to offer. I've been living in Europe (Prague, Czech Republic) ever since the grad. I've been attending an Academy of Film Arts - Film/TV Production Dept.
I have to thank Ms. Allison for all her support. She was my back bone at the school. She was the one that made me believe in me. Thank you very much Ms. Allison. I'd like to also thank Mr Scholl for giving me the self-confidence that I now greatly need in my line of work.

Never made it to Erindale HS. Left at the end of grade 8 so I lost track of a lot of my old Erindale friends. Looking to track some down. I went through grade school at St. Gerard's and finished at St. Martin's in '69. Looking for Erindale grads about '74 who remember the Aune family esp. me and my brother Marty. It's great to see an internet site that shares some history from my past. You might remember me as the "A/V" guy. I setup the Audio Visual equipment for the classes each day and had to dodge people in the hallways while delivering projectors and TV's etc. I was also the head of the Media Crew for a couple of years.
Nice to see the Alumni list growing. Wouldn't it be great to have a photo link to all of the people in the year books ? The pictures could all be thumbnailed. I've been happily married for 13 yrs with a 5yr old boy and 7yr old girl. I am currently employed with Bell Canada.

Wow...Erindale has a web site? That sure is a far cry from punching holes in cards so the Wang could read them in Ms. Gomulka's computer class. I graduated in 1984 went to McMaster in Hamilton and came out with a History degree. The 15 years since Erindale has given me 10 years of experience in the insurance claims industry which I'm now parlaying into a career designing and writing code for claims handling software in Florida. I'm in touch with a few other ESS alums. I'll be sure to e-mail them a link to this site. Nice job on the design BTW.

Well what can I say? I was there but now I'm not. It was alright when I was there but now there are bigger and better things to come.
